Shipping policy

Tomb 45 processes orders Monday through Friday. We ship all in stock items within 3-5 days, but do not control transit times. Any orders placed on back ordered items will be shipped on a first ordered first shipped basis within 7 days of back ordered items arriving at the Tomb 45 warehouse.

Customers are responsible for using the correct address on their orders; if it is incorrect, they may lose their order or receive a refund. Even if they request a change of address after placing the order, the support response time is 24-48 hours.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Import Duties and Taxes:

All international customers are solely responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country's customs or government authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the full responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees to pay these charges to the shipping carrier or customs office directly upon package arrival, or at a time specified by the local authorities. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held, returned, or abandoned, and no refund will be issued for the merchandise or shipping costs in such cases.

2. International Returns and Replacements:

Due to the complexity and high cost of international shipping and customs procedures, we do not offer return labels for international customers, and all international sales are considered final for return purposes.

However, if your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we may offer a replacement.

Replacements: If a replacement is approved and shipped, the customer is responsible for any new import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be levied by their country on the replacement shipment. We are not responsible for these secondary charges.

The customer must notify us of the defect or damage within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) of delivery, providing necessary photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any replacement request.
